Here are the measures we are taking to keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 Pandemic:

We understand COVID-19 is a scary new reality for everyone. We have consulted with medical professionals to implement the best course of action to keep everyone safe. Our Family Helpers take COVID-19 seriously and want to ensure your family is protected.

  1. Masks are being worn by Family Helpers during all shifts.

  2. Family Helpers do not take public transportation.

  3. Changing clothing once arriving for each shift. Leaving shoes outside or where family feels comfortable.

  4. LOTS of hand washing before and during shift.

  5. Open and honest transparency if anyone is feeling symptoms (family members and Family Helpers).

  6. Phones will be sanitized or left in a bag during shift.

  7. Family Helpers are vetted regarding life style and taking COVID seriously- Not hanging out in large crowds, masked when they are in public and a genuine desire to adhere to safety measures.

  8. Families who need 20 hours or more only work with one Family Helper. Families who need less hours per week they share a Family helper with a family who has similar home life (ex: kids are in hybrid school/home school vs all family members are home with less exposure).
